What do you do?

We provide safe, respectful, shared housing for veterans, re-entry clients, and young adults aging out of foster care.

Who can apply?

Adults with income or assistance (employment, VA, SSDI, SSI, SSA etc.). Case managers, parole officers, or social workers can also send referrals.

Do you require income?

Yes. All residents must have a verifiable and reliable source of income to cover rent.

How does housing work?

Residents share a bedroom (2 per room) and common areas. In some of our homes there may be a private room available. We are an independent living community, not a medical or treatment facility. Each resident must be self-sustaining.

Do you accept VA or program referrals?

Yes. We partner with VA programs (HUD-VASH, HCHV CRS, GPD) and local agencies.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is on a per bed bases and are based on location and program support. Contact us for current rates.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Checks, Visa, Master, American Express & Cash App.

What are the rules?

Residents must follow house rules: respect others, keep the home clean, and avoid violence, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior. If these rules are not followed it is grounds to immediate termination.
